						<guid isPermaLink="false">object1-61</guid><link>http://www.vigisat.eu/web/en/63-news.php?item=61</link><title>SEAS-OI, VIGISAT international success Réunion Island acquires an acquisition and processing system for high-resolution satellite images</title><description><![CDATA[<p>In 2008, the French State, the Regional Authority and the Research and Development Institute of the University of La Réunion set up a partnership to create a centre for excellence in remote sensing, to be named SEAS-OI. As a part of this project, The Regional Council of La Réunion, appointed as the contracting authority, recently signed a 7.15 Million Euro contract with CLS, to deliver a receiving station for high-resolution satellite images, and to provide optical and radar telemetry services for a period of three years.
